Venetian Tower
The Venetian Tower is currently under construction and is planned to be 47 floors (631 feet) when completed in 2007. The Venetian Tower is on the oceanfront in the Punta Pacifica district of Panama City.
Construction started in December of 2003 and the estimated completion date is December of 2007.
The project consists of:
- Apartments from 4,700 sq. ft.
- Penthouse Duplex of 11,000 sq. ft.
- Gym
- Sauna
- Squash Court
- Wharf for boat with 10 feet of depth in low tide.
